Conforming APR’s quoted on loans with 20% down and loan amounts of $250,000.00. Jumbo APR quoted on 25% down and loan amounts of $625,000.00. FHA APR's quoted on loans with 3.5% down and loan amounts of $199,900.00 with 1.00% financed MIP. Interest only ARP's are quoted at a 70% LTV on loan amounts of $250,000.00.
